Michele Zanda received the Laurea degree (cum laude) in Computer Engineering and the Laurea Specialistica degree (cum laude) in Computer Engineering from the Department of Information Engineering at the University of Pisa in 2002 and 2004, respectively. In May 2008 he received the PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from the IMT Advanced Studies under the joint supervision of Prof. Cosimo Antonio Prete and Prof. Pietro Pietrini.
During his PhD he investigated embedded systems with a focus on
Human Machine Interactions. He is now working on image analysis for
industrial control and other interesting projects in the world of
embedded systems.
