The Program
The education and training of new generations in the face of varying global scenarios require a strong commitment to innovation. The executive master offers school principals and directors of vocational training firms the approach of light leadership (LL) that connects teaching and organization. In particular, the LL is oriented to the intervention through "nudging" (gentle pushing), promotes the responsibility of the staff, tends to simplify processes and procedures, stimulates professional communities, and feeds the development of the educational community of the territory.
Light leadership is an innovative approach to the design, governance and management of organisations, whether public, private or third sector. In particular, light leadership has great potential for application in educational institutions and training agencies, complex organisations where the exclusive use of stick (punishments) and carrot (rewards) mechanisms is hardly effective.
The program consists of 6 thematic modules:
1. Light leadership and educational and organizational innovation
2. Behavioral economics, teaching and organization
3. The practices of organizational
4. Designing the learning environment for educational success
5. Research, leadership and neuroscience
6. Light leadership and the educating community
By the end of the course, participants will have developed
- Professional growth
- Leaving behind the carrot-stick logic
- Lighter governance of the organization
- Authoritative management.
