19 November 2015 to 21 November 2015
Complesso di San Francesco
The Italian Society of Psychophysiology (SIPF) will be holding the XXIII edition of their National Congress and pre-congress workshop - with the collaboration of IMT Lucca - from November 19th-21st 2015 in the San Francesco complex. National and international experts in basic and clinical neuroscience will present the latest research carried out in the field with specific reference to the complexities of mental functions. The key words that will characterize this year's workshop and congress are integration and segregation; connectivity; networks; complexity; communication.
As usual, the work of young researchers will be highlighted in particular through talks, posters and awards for the best contributions. The first day of the congress will conclude with a Networking Cocktail, which will provide a great opportunity for scientific exchange between researchers in different fields and for those who are seeking or advertising employment in the field.
Lectiones magistrales will be given by Piergiorgio Strata, Professor Emeritus at the University of Torino, and Corrado Sinigarglia, Full Professor at the University of Milan. Numerous other talks will be given over the course of the 3 days of the congress. More information, including the complete program, the invited speakers and presentation titles, can be found on the SIPF website.
