Emiliano Marchese

 

I am a PhD student in Economics, Networks and Business Analytics at IMT School for Advanced Studies. I have a bachelor and a master degree in physics, both achieved at Università degli Studi di Catania, with final dissertations on "Reticolo di mappe logistiche al limite del caos accoppiate in presenza di rumore" and "Random matrix theory and clustering analysis of Finnish household portfolios", respectively.

 

My research interests cover economical and financial networks. I am currently working on: interbank networks for financial risk assessments based on their topologies and reconstruction of the Dutch supply network for partnership recommendation, next-to-buy product recommendation and evaluation of its resilience to possible external shocks.
