Three IMT scholars won the Best Paper Award at the "Tourism Hospitality and Events in a Changing World" International Conference (INC)

Maria Luisa Catoni, Full Professor of Ancient Art History and Archaeology, Rafael Brundo Uriarte, Post-doctoral Research Fellow in the Computer Science and Systems Engineering Research Area, and Yesim Tonga Uriarte, Post-Doctoral Research Fellow as well as coordinator of the "Direct and Indirect Impacts of Lucca Comics & Games" project, won the Best Paper Award at the "Tourism Hospitality and Events in a Changing World" International Conference (INC). The INC conference was co-organized by the Universities of Derby and Sunderland and the Centre for Research in Tourism Excellence (CERTE) and was held in Buxton from June 26-28. The three IMT scholars won with their paper titled "Festivals and the destination image: City perception(s) of the visitors during Lucca Comics & Games".
